We at The Dorabjee Charitable Trust and The Poona Club Ltd had a vision to give back to our society by providing basic necessities to those who are less fortunate.
Mr. Jehangir Dorabjee, Mr Gaurav Gadhoke and Mr. Shailesh Ranka initiated this vision and conceptualised the idea of a marathon aiming to make the society a part of this initiative.

With a grand success of the Marathon we have accomplished our mission and supported all the causes by donating an handsome amount to all the following organizations:
• 100 walkers, 100 walking Sticks, 100 Wheel chairs to our senior citizens.
• 300 school bags and school books to the underprivileged students of the society in Sant Ghadhge Maharaj School (Koregaon Park).
•55 braille kits to the blind students with special needs.
•Hearing aid kits to the hearing Impaired citizens.
•Donation to Seheli to uplift & empower the kids of sex workers.

You Run We Plant - Tree Planting Initiative:
After a Successful Run is completed by participants, a certain number of trees will be planted in designated areas across the city. This unique approach ties the distance covered directly to the number of trees planted, making each runner an active contributor to the city's greenery.

Involves ensuring their access to formal education, addressing health and nutrition needs, providing psychosocial support, and offering skill development opportunities.

Advocating for visually impaired rights, we focus on accessibility, technology, and education. Our commitment extends to creating job opportunities, fostering social inclusion, and collaborating with organizations for a holistic blind support cause.
For the hearing impaired, we provide enhanced accessibility, sign language interpreters, and communication support. Our initiative includes free ear kits for improved auditory experiences, along with programs teaching sign language, and promoting inclusivity and understanding.
