What is the date and time of the marathon?
The marathon will be held on 1st March 2026 and the gates will open at 0400 hrs.

Where is the event venue?
The marathon will take place at The Pune Race Course. Exact reporting points and parking details will be shared before race day.

What race categories are available?
Participants can register for the following categories:
1. 21.1 km Legends Run (Half Marathon)
2. 10 km Empower Run
3. 5 km Fun Run
4. 3 km Family Run
Who can participate?
The marathon is open to all fitness enthusiasts. Minimum age requirements apply for certain categories and will be mentioned during registration.
How do I register for the marathon?
Registrations can be done online via https://www.townscript.com/e/PCM2026 . On-spot registrations will not be available.
What is included in the registration fee?
Your registration includes:
Official race bib with timing chip (for 10km & 21.1km)
Finisher medal (for all categories)
Event T-shirt
Hydration & medical support
Refreshments at the finish line


Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
No, registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Are prizes awarded to winners?
Yes, winners in select categories will receive trophies, goodies, and cash prizes as per event rules.
Will participants receive a certificate?
Yes, all timed finishers will receive a digital finisher certificate, downloadable after the event.

What happens if the event is cancelled or postponed?
In case of unforeseen circumstances, the organiser’s decision will be final. No refunds will be applicable.
 When and where can I collect my race kit?
Race kit collection details will be shared 5 days before the event.
What documents are required for kit collection?
Registration confirmation email
Valid photo ID

Can someone else collect my kit?
Yes, with:
Authorization letter
Copy of participant’s ID
Confirmation email

Will kits be distributed on race day?
No. There will be no race day kit distribution.
What should I carry on race day?
Please carry:
Your race bib
A valid photo ID
Personal hydration/nutrition if required

When should I report on race day?
Participants should report at least 30-60 minutes before flag-off.
Is parking available?
Limited parking may be available near the venue. Participants are encouraged to carpool or use public transport.
Will there be baggage storage facilities?
Yes, a baggage counter will be available at the venue. Participants are advised not to bring valuables.
Will there be hydration points on the route?
Yes, hydration stations will be placed at regular intervals along the route, offering water and ion supply drinks.
Is medical support available during the race?
Absolutely. Medical teams, ambulances, and first-aid stations will be available throughout the course and at the venue.
Is there a cut-off time for the race?
Yes, each category has a cut-off time for safety and logistical reasons. Cut-off timings will be communicated before race day.
Will there be route markers?
Yes. The course will have clear signage, kilometre markers, and route marshals.
Is the route certified?
The route is measured and certified by World Athletics in cooperation with AIMS .
When will results be declared?
Provisional results will be available online within 24–48 hours after the event.
Can I run without a bib?
No. Running without an official bib is strictly prohibited.
Are headphones allowed?
Participants using headphones do so at their own risk and must remain alert.
Are pets or strollers allowed?
No pets, baby strollers, bicycles, or skates are not allowed on the course.
What happens in case of extreme weather?
The organiser reserves the right to delay, cancel, or modify the event in case of unsafe conditions.
Will photos be available?
Yes. Official race photos will be shared on our website/social media.
Can I use event photos publicly?
Photos may be used by organisers for promotional purposes.
