The participants who have registered for the event will be provided with the running paraphernalia, which includes bibs & kit for the marathon
The expo is a precursor to the event and hosts a series of other events such as a panel discussion relating to do’s and don’ts at the marathon, to-do-list, care, and maintenance of your fitness, and so on.
Important Instructions for Race Kit Collection
• Use public transportation since there are no parking spaces available.
• medical Team offering office hours for health questions and medical emergencies
• Please bring along your registration confirmation email or the BIB/KIT Pickup SMS.
• If collecting on someone else's behalf, carry an authorization letter along with a valid government ID.
• Ensure you collect your BIB/KIT within the specified dates and timings mentioned above.
• BIBs/KITs will not be distributed on the race day.
• During BIB / KIT collection ensure to verify the details on your BIB specifically Your Name, Age Category, PCM/Gen Category. For any corrections, approach the Data Correction Counter and get your data corrected.
• For PCM Members – If you are a PCM member there is a special PCM Category mentioned on your BIB and if your BIB didn’t mention that please report to the helpdesk and ensure that you get that added with your BIB number.
• We will not entertain the same correction on the RACE DAY.
• Avoid folding or damaging the BIB and its RFID strip.
• Lost BIBs will not be replaced.
• T-shirt size alterations are not permissible. The T-shirt will be provided based on availability; kindly accept the available size.
• For Police/Navy/Army/AirForce Participants: Your race kits will be dispatched to your respective headquarters and will be handed over to you by your authorities.
